Always tempting to go on a diet fad. Especially if you do not wish to do everything possible to weight the right way. I'm personally not a fan of any of the fad diets out there. It is very restrictive, and many of them are very unhealthy. Yes you may lose some weight, but once you start eating regular meals again you'll get it every time. So avoid pills or potions or any weight loss magic formula again you see on TV.

Get focused, get committed and will get the results you're after. No it will not be easy but it will be well worth it when you can fit into those jeans to this dress.
